Why I’m diversifying.

My catalogue is turning colorful.

Happy Tuesday!

The Vice Versa Series is now complete and available on Amazon.

The trilogy that took me two years to develop and distribute covers many themes in the science fiction genre: time travel, artificial intelligence, societal constructs, first contact with alien species, faith and more…

For two years, I operated as a science fiction author while meeting wonderful readers, authors and professionals from the publishing industry.

But deep down, I’ve always had a clear long-term goal: pushing beyond science fiction.

My background is a blend of street smart, book smart, geek culture and creative experimentations.

I was lucky enough to be able to play soccer at a semi-pro level for a short time, to join a Hip Hop dance crew, to release a mixtape that I also produced, to write short stories, play on stages and act on movie sets, consult as a screenwriter and… publish novels.

Experimentation and discovery are in my DNA.

Three years ago, however, I decided to specialize and focus on being a novelist to produce the best work possible and avoid being scattered like I was in my younger years. But within the world of authorship and publishing, innovating and exploring are still top priorities.

Many authors write what they know or the genre they started with: sometimes because it is more profitable, easier to market to their existing readership or just safe.

I am taking a different route. I want to show my versatility and broaden my reach.

Within the next five years, I am going to expand my catalogue, of course, but also diversify my storytelling.

  1. Q1 2023. My next project is a political satire with a magical feel to it. It is contemporary and wild, politically incorrect and provocative. You can subscribe to my newsletter to get an exclusive look at the project.

  2. Q3 2023. I will then focus on a limited series I am developing, under my production house, Process Protocol LLC.

  3. 2024-2025. Going back to novels, I will then develop an adventure/romance story on the beauty of love beyond racial labels, as a threat of epic proportion looms over our world.

  4. 2026-2027. Following this, we will venture into YA and Children’s literature, uncharted territories for me.
